The bug was not about the auto raising, i don't want/expect it to be
autoraised (so tht gconf key is off).

The problem is that when an Eterm is belown another window (non Eterm).
It will always stay below that window. Other windows get raised when
moving them (with alt+lmb), Eterms don't.
