I don't care about fixes in Zenity. I did not even know that a such
package exist. The gnome-utils package in Sid which I reported the bug
against still HAS the broken gdialog. Run 

  DIALOG=gdialog /usr/share/doc/dialog/examples/gauge

if you don't believe me. If zenity replaces the gnome-utils package,
provide a clear upgrade path to it.
