Bug#245287: Please add another (see message) patch to GtkFileSelection instead of those buttons

The new GTK 2.4 file selector is great, but many programs still use old file selector
dialog. In debian, it's more usable, than the stock one, but It can be improved much.
Please add this patch instead of Ximian(??) one:
