Bug#285239: gnome-panel now depends on ximian evolution libraries

Unfortunately, dependencies on Ximian Evolution libraries have been just
added to the Debian "gnome-panel" package.  This makes the Gnome panel,
a fundamental piece of the Gnome desktop, highly unpalatable to people
who are trying to avoid further Ximian-creep in Gnome.  It's important
to draw the line now, before dependencies on Microsoft .NET are also
forced on Debian Gnome users.
