Please get some facts instead of complaining. Evolution was split into a
client and a server part, so that other software (such as the GNOME
panel) can interact with it. These dependencies are not large, and not
part of all the complex stuff evolution handles - it's not as if the
panel depended on libcamel.
BTW, evolution was chosen as the default MUA for GNOME now, it's not as
if it was some random third-party software.
