Bug#286125: gnome-applets: xml parsing errors during upgrade

Hi,

tonight I upgraded my workstation. The gnome-applets postinst script
raised tons of error messages like

/usr/share/gnome/help/battstat/sv/battstat.xml:73: parser error : Entity
'ouml'
not defined
          <orgname>Dokumentationsprojekt f&ouml;r GNOME</orgname

Either battstat.xml is broken or contend definiton has changed and
parsing fails.
