Bug#234665: metacity: Please move the schemas to libmetacity

Dear Akira,

Please consider packaging the Metacity schema file in the library
package (libmetacity).  The gnome-control-center does not depend on the
full metacity package (and it shouldn't).  However, the
gnome-theme-manager applet from the control center for some reason
doesn't work without the Metacity schemas installed.

Another issue: Metacity doesn't uninstall its schema file when the
package is removed.  This made tracking down the bug more difficult than
necessary.  Please also fix this while you're messing with GConf anyway
:-)

Severity important, because it "breaks" unrelated packages.
