Bug#229133: libgtop2: /usr/lib/libgtop_sysdeps-2.0.so.0.0.8 has a dependency cycle

I don't know a lot about prelink. What's the bug ? What are you
expecting ? Could you provide more details on the problem ?
BTW before that some symboles were missing, no we have cyclic
dependencies ... is that a way to solve both problem in a debian way
(ie: without changing the libs) ?
