Bug#229133: libgtop2: /usr/lib/libgtop_sysdeps-2.0.so.0.0.8 has a dependency cycle

The bug is the cycle in the graph of the libraries dependencies.  When
there is such a cycle, it means that both libraries cannot be used
separately (which contradicts the purpose of a library).

If one of the dependencies cannot be remove, then merging both libraries
should be considered.

I expect a dependencies graph without cycles.
