If i start gnome and isdnutils is running gnome wont start. I see the splash screen but no icons appear and everything hangs. 
If I do /etc/init.d/isdnutils stop before I start up gnome everything runs as expected.
 Gedit doesnt start as well if isdnutils is running. I had this Problem on 2 different PCS


I am using Debian GNU/Linux Sarge, Linux philipp 2.6.3 #1 Sat Mar 6 15:58:07 CET 2004 i686 GNU/Linux

GNOME doesn't work when there isn't a loopback interface, this is
expected.
