Hi,

Sorry I've tried to reproduce this bug with a wide panel so the windows
list applet has 2 rows and with 3 windows open you have an empty part in
the applet, but no problem.

BTW an upstream seems to be able to reproduce it so perhaps he'll be
able to find the problem.
