Bug#252694: gnome-session: applications keeps starting after a power break even if correctly closed

I have a gnome desktop happily running.

If power fails, at the next gnome start all applications that were running at the
failure are run again. (all ok!)

If I close them and then I reboot the system, inexpectedly they are run again.
