Bug#253120: gnome-terminal should depend on newer version of libvte4

I recently updated a gnome application that pulled in gnome 2.6 et. al.
(Meaning I did not upgrade to gnome 2.6 regularly)
However after exiting upgrading gnome-terminal, it exited with a message
like (not accessible anymore, recalled from memory) relocation error, 
terminal_set_background... not found.

Upgrading libvte4 fixed the problem, so gnome-terminal probably should depend
on a libvte4 >= 0.11.11
