hi,

totem depends on liblircclient0 which has a priority inferior than
totem. As it's said in the section 2.5 of the debian policy :

Packages must not depend on packages with lower priority values
(excluding build-time dependencies)

or the description of the liblircclient0 mentions that its priority is
extra.
