Bug#241099: libpango1.0-dev: Cannot install package

Which packages are you using ? Unstable or experimental ones ? 
Which command gives this result ? 

$ apt-cache show libpango1.0-dev
Version: 1.4.0-1
Depends: libpango1.0-0 (= 1.4.0-1)

Version: 1.2.5-2.1
Depends: libpango1.0-0 (= 1.2.5-2.1)


There is no bug here, could you provide more details ? I'm setting the
severity to normal and wait for details since apparently there is no bug
here.
