Bug#251174: build dependency wrong - dpatch

I tried to build the package from source using dpatch version 1.15 (the
build dependency for dpatch jdoes not specify a version) and got the
following errors:

chmod: failed to get attributes of `debian/patches/04_mem_values2.dpatch.dpatch': No such file or directory
chmod: failed to get attributes of `debian/patches/03_mem_values.dpatch.dpatch': No such file or directory
chmod: failed to get attributes of `debian/patches/02_fix_link.dpatch.dpatch': No such file or directory
chmod: failed to get attributes of `debian/patches/01_kernel26-headers.dpatch.dpatch': No such file or directory
reverting patch debian/patches/01_kernel26-headers.dpatch.dpatch.../bin/sh: line 1: debian/patches/01_kernel26-headers.dpatch.dpatch: No such file or directory
 failed.

Upgrading to dpatch 2.0.8 allowed the package to be compiled although I
had to run dpkg-buildpackage twice to get it to finish.
