Package: gnome-terminal
Version: 2.6.1-2
Severity: normal

If I list the alternatives for x-terminal-emulator on my system, I see xterm as
priority 20, uxterm as priority 30 and gnome-terminal as priority 20.

I think that gnome-terminal should have a priority of 30 at least, and possibly
35 or so (ideally kterm should be the same).

uxterm has a higher priority as it has Unicode support, which gnome-terminal
also has which implies that g-t should have the same priority as uxterm. Also
as g-t is installed out of choice normally as not as part of X, its priority
should be higher.
