Package: glade-gnome-2
Version: 2.0.1-2
Severity: normal

  So for whatever reason, accessing
http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.1.2/docbookx.dtd doesn't work
for me right now. This makes glade-gnome-2 complain during
installation, when IMHO it should carry anything it needs for
installation in the package or a dependency:

Typically, this is with systems which have ECN enabled. www.oasis-open.org
is in the ECN Hall of Shame, http://urchin.earth.li/cgi-bin/ecn.pl .

This wasn't an issue with glade-gnome-2, nor with glade-doc-2 (which
actually contains the documentation). glade-doc-2's maintainer scripts take
care of registration of glade's documentation with the scrollkeeper
framework. scrollkeeper used to have issues related to accessing the network
(e.g. 154710), but those issues were fixed and scrollkeeper should no longer
attempt to access the network now that there is an XML catalog mechanism in
sarge and sid.

There's a separate report for these issues already; #223230.

As one part of your report has been addressed elsewhere already and there's
a separate report for the other part, I'm taking the liberty of closing this
report.

Ray
