Bug#270374: /etc/gdm/Xsession should use x-terminal-emulator, not xterm

Line 136 of /etc/gdm/Xsession is:

  exec xterm -geometry 80x24+0+0

Since gdm does not depend upon xterm but rather upon
x-terminal-emulator (which can be satisfied by xterm and other
packages), this should read

  exec x-terminal-emulator -geometry 80x24+0+0

This would make it consistent with line 217, the last line in the
file.

Without this change, selection "Desktop Environment" from tasksel
during installation and not installing any other packages results in a
gdm whose failsafe session does not work.
