Bug#257639: rhythmbox: Radio does not work

I'm getting the same error as also reported originally in this bug report,
radio streams fail to open in rhythmbox that work ok in beep and xmms.

I have tried all other suggestions listed here, but still the same, this was working perfectly,
but I have upgraded gstreamer today and now this error happens all the time.

I have tried creating a new account and re running gst-register, but still the same error,
I havfe also setup my own shoutcast server and I get the same error.

It will play mp3's and ogg perfectly ok.
