Bug#270747: file-roller does not work properly with unrar

File-roller doesn't seem to interface with unrar correctly.  When
attempting to double-click a rar, file-roller errors and lets me see
the following text:

unrar: invalid option -- c
Try `unrar --help' on `unrar --usage' for more information.

The unrar manpage doesn't mention a -c option at all, and running
unrar on the file works correctly, so I don't think it's a damaged
file in anyway.
