Bug#270810: capplets: us_intl is deprecated in XFree86

XFree86 4.3.0 reorganized symbol files to solve problems with
multi-layouts configurations.  Ca* and us_intl keymaps have
not been converted, so one can assume that they are no more
supported.
You can try 'U.S. English w/ ISO9995-3' instead, but this label
should obviously be changed to something less cryptic, e.g.
'U.S. English (international)'.
But note that this layout is not identical to us_intl.
