Bug#271726: gnome-system-tools: /etc/rcS.d/* linked scripts are best kept out from the displayed list for services-admin

Any script already in /etc/rcS.d should be best kept out of displayed 
list for practical usefulness for services-admin .

Having list entry for /etc/rcS.d/* symlinks are good thought too.
