Bug#272407: rhythmbox: Still getting the dreaded application/x-id3 message

When attempting to play an MP3 in Rhythmbox, a dialog pops up that says
"There is no element present to handle the stream's mime type
application/x-id3."  Another one pops up at the same time, under the first
one, which says "Could not start pipeline playing."  Needless to say, the
MP3 doesn't play.

So far as I can tell this happens with any MP3.

I have the latest libid3tag0, and I can play MP3s with other applications
built against it, so that shouldn't be the problem:

gst-typefind-0.8 does report MP3s as being application/x-id3, but I'm not
sure that means this is a GStreamer bug; for all I know, Rhythmbox is
supposed to be able to play application/x-id3.  If this is a GStreamer bug,
I apologize for the inconvenience; feel free to move it appropriately.
