Bug#273086: holes in ogg streams cause end of playing

To reproduce this, try listening to http://ogg.smgradio.com/vc32.ogg.
At the end of each song the playing will stop.


When ogg123 is used, it prints this message:

--- Hole in the stream; probably harmless

and then continues.
