Bug#272732: gnome-control-center: custom hotkeys not working

Synopsis: Unable to use special keys as hotkeys in gnome.

Background:
Using a multimedia keyboard, I managed to set up hotkeys
working. Then, after a reboot, it stopped. Configuration
didn't change. When I remove the hotkey and then redefine
it, it works again. And so on..

Possible cause:
- I use xmodmap to define keymap & special (multimedia)
keys at login
