Given that it's a reasonable replacement for epiphany, and that the
desktop task already depends on mozilla browser but not on firefox (ie,
we wouldn't end up without epiphany in default installs), I'm open to
adding this dependency. What do other GNOME team dudes think?

Just allowing people to unclutter their Internet menu of browser they
don't actually use is enough reason to allow this.

Good suggestion, thanks! The other day I was looking at removing
mozilla | mozilla-xft entirely of the deps. :)
