Bug#274032: gdm: Sound executable should take option switches too

I notice that the sound executable option 'SoundProgram='
in /etc/gdm.conf only seems to take the path/name of the
sound program (i.e. 'play'), and not any options such as
'-v' for volume.

I don't think I'm doing anything wrong here; this option
just doesn't seem to be coded-in. Maybe I'm missing something.
If not -- please add this option.
