Bug#274265: gnome-applets: Windows in 2nd monitor disappear from window list applet

Did a little more digging, all the open windows will show up in the 
Window Selector applet.

Also adding a panel to the 2nd monitor and adding a window list applet 
to that will show the windows for that monitor but not the other ones.  
It is now behaving like I had 2 seperate desktops allthough it is the 
same desktop and I can still drag windows between the two.
