Bug#304273: totem-gstreamer: minimum window height is too large for audio files

When I play an audio file, I cannot make Totem's window smaller than
316 pixels wide and 323 pixels high.  I can understand that the width
can not be reduced further without hiding some of the controls, but
its height can be reduced without affecting the controls, since there
is a substantial amount of space consumed by the unused video area.
