Package: gnome-core
Version: 64
Severity: important

There is no clear upgrade path from Woody if you use Gnome. After having
upgraded and trying to log in the first time, I am greeted with a message
that basically says "Screw you, your old settings suck, I'm not even going
to try to help you keep any of them", and then I have to reconfigure
absolutely everything from scratch.

That is not good.
