Package: gdm
Version: 2.4.4.7-1
Severity: normal

When upgrading to 2.4.4 gdm installs /etc/dm/Sessions/default.desktop. It
then seems to use /etc/dm/Sessions as the source for available sessions.
Since various session manager packages install their files in
/etc/gdm/Sessions this leads to a problem where gdm doesn't know about
available session startup scripts.

Hi

gdm 2.6 is in sarge. 2.4 was not in woddy. Closing this bug
report per the problem is fixed (hickups during gdm to
freedesktop format/directories are long gone).

Those reports seems like an aggregation of the PATH bug
(10 seconds error because the time tester was not found),
the session files migration and other packages providing the
session files not yet up to date. All are fixed yet.

If i misunderstood one of the report, feel free to reopen the
bug.

Regards
Alban
