Please cause the default action for opening HTML files to use
"sensible-browser".

At the moment, it seems to rely upon the handlers installed by specific
applications or manually added into the MIME database by the user.

If not "sensible-browser", then whatever setting is in GNOME's "Preferred
Applications".

This bug was fixed quite some time ago. The default for HTML files is
now epiphany.
