eog recommends no packages.

this may not a bug as X server is network-transparent.
if I load the same images from other client, X may accept each
inquirements as different claim from different clients.
but in Local host (console), it's not necessary.
if the user want already loaded same images from file-manager(ex. nautilus),
why not stop showing action. just call warning dialog like 'already
loaded image!' :)
