It seems there are two problems:
1/ your /var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_cl.xml file seems corrupt,
maybe because of a broken update?
2/ scrollkeeper is segfaulting when parsing your file.
Please either send your /var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_cl.xml, or
post a backtrace of a scrollkeeper run as root, this is explained at:
