Video codec 'MS WMV 9 (win32)' is not handled. You might need to install additional plugins to be able to play some types of movies

xine and mplayer can play the file.    This is important since totem is the
default handler for such files in firefox/iceweasel and the web is full
of stupid proprietary files.

The file is a trailer for the movie better than chocolate from imdb; prudes beware.
