I had a quick look at the update-manager packages in Ubuntu feisty, but
from what I could tell, the docs haven't been updated.

I was a little bit discouraged to see that no translations at all seem
to be available, is there still time to try and get something organised?
If so, how would I go about and do that?
I couldn't find any translated docs for update-manager in Rosetta either
(to use as a starting point) but I would be surprised if Ubuntu didn't
provide them somewhere?
