Bug#432258: pango1.0: udeb dependencies incorrect after cairo packaging change

Unfortunately the issue is not yet completely solved. For most 
architectures the dependency is now corret, but on amd64 the udeb still 
depends on libcairo2.

Reason is that 'objdump -p libpangocairo-1.0.so.0' includes
    RPATH      /usr/lib
and dpkg-shlibdeps looks for libraries in paths defined by RPATH before 
looking in paths specified using LD_LIBRARY_PATH (set through the -l 
option in dh_shlibdeps).
