Bug#399326: GNOME-free is only for win32 crosscompile

Just for the record,

the GNOME-free variant has been only introduced for win32
crosscompilation. Most of all to keep the porting requirement small (at
least lower than a full GNOME base set of libs). It's breaking way too
many features on a platform that does have all the required libs at no
extra cost and thus for a full Linux distro it is officially recommended
to not be used. In other words, for embDebian or other embedded Linux
distributions it may be a viable path, but for Debian at large it's not
going to happen.
