endolith makes a very valid comment in comment #93. It can often be a problem
on Windows XP that a dialogue box can pop up with a button in the exact
location where you were about to click on the button of another
window/dialogue. I've had this happen to me.

Please can we bear this problem in mind (if applicable) when coding a solution. 
I.e. ideally there would be a user configurable delay before a button becomes
clickable if the dialogue box containing it has only just appeared.

If we can achieve this, then we'll actually have one up on Microsoft latest OS!
