Bug#462623: Numerous bugs with printing

The printing in Evince is hardly usable due to lots of bugs. Here are
some, listed in importance order:

1) Print preview and printing do not always work. When I press
corresponding button in print dialog, it sometimes closes the dialog
(expected behavior), but then nothing happens. There seems to be no
way to predict if the document will actually be printed, except it
always works for the first time in a newly run evince instance. For
the second time it almost never works, and I have to restart Evince
(but sometimes it will work for the 2nd time but not the 3rd).

2) Number of copies parameter has no effect. Even if I specify that
evince should print 3 copies of a document, it prints only one.

3) Print parameters dialog, which allows you to specify page size and
orientation, doesn't remember chosen values.

4) Escape key pressed in print dialog is bound to Print button, not
Cancel. This breaks all GUI interface conventions and must be fixed.

Maybe the are some more, but with above bugs not fixed it's really
hard for a user to resist the temptation of "sudo aptitude install
acroread".
