Bug#462943: fails to open filename with colon from command line

Hi!

Evince fails to open a PDF which has a colon (:) in the filename
when invoked from the commandline. When using the file browser
all works fine.

Examples:
$ evince nen14803\:2006.pdf
yields: File not found
$ evince "nen14803:2006.pdf"
yields: File not found
$ evince nen148032006.pdf
works as expected.
