Hi,

This action is not (yet) implemented in evince, as shown in 
backend/pdf/ev-poppler.cc:
[...]
	        case POPPLER_DEST_FITB:
			unimplemented_dest = "POPPLER_DEST_FITB";
			break;
[...]
	if (unimplemented_dest) {
		g_warning ("Unimplemented named action: %s, please post a "
		           "bug report in Evince bugzilla "
		           "(http://bugzilla.gnome.org) with a testcase.",
			   unimplemented_dest);
[...]

Please wait.  I do not know how much time it takes to implement it (I am 
not evince developer either).
