Bug#463963: Give one pdf as example

Hi,

of course I can. The original pdf is a molecular biology book: "Molecular cell 
biology" Lodish 5th edition. I cannot send it to you because it's huge and to 
not ingringe any copyright.
With pdftk I have extracted an example of few pages that presents the bug. 
I've checked with evince that it's not correctly displayed, while it is with 
kpdf. Tell me if you need something else.
