Bug#446241: update-manager: number of updates in tooltip differs from number of offered updates

Hello Sam

I'd have a look on waht you sugessted. Here are the results:

aptitude update:
Aktueller Status: 25 Aktualisierungen [+16], 5 Neue [+4].

aptitude dist-upgrade:
25 Pakete aktualisiert, 0 zusätzlich installiert, 0 werden entfernt und 0
nicht aktualisiert.

aptitude upgrade
25 Pakete aktualisiert, 0 zusätzlich installiert, 0 werden entfernt und 0
nicht aktualisiert.

 apt-get dist-upgrade
25 aktualisiert, 1 neu installiert, 0 zu entfernen und 0 nicht aktualisiert.

Gnome Update Applet show 26 Updates.

I have that behavier on two PCs with lenny
