Hello
Here is an Update on this issue
It looks like the manager is using apt-get dist-upgrade to calculate the
number of the to installed packages.
apt-get dist-upgrade would install esound-clients to. This is not the
case if you use aptitude dist-upgrade.
apt-get dist-upgrade
Die folgenden NEUEN Pakete werden installiert:
esound-clients
0 aktualisiert, 1 neu installiert, 0 zu entfernen und 0 nicht aktualisiert.
After I have done this, there is no pendig update in the
gnome-update-manger left.
Saddly, if you open the update-manager, there will be no message, that
the packages esound-clients should be installed to get the message 1
update pending away. Is there an other package manager used, than it's
used to calculate the number of pending packages?
Best regards
Matthias Kreis
