New upstream version of system-tools-backends

Hi!

I'm the new maintainer of the system-tools-backends, and I've just
released 2.8.1. As I see that Debian (and Ubuntu, FWIW) still only has
version 2.6.0, while 2.6.1 has been available since April, I'm sending
you this little reminder. ;-)

Packaging 2.8.1 should not be very hard, mostly bugfixes and a few
patches that I've upstreamed to drop on your side. I'm particularly
concerned that this version is packaged because we've switched to
PolicyKit1 in it, and it is required by the gnome-system-tools 2.27.3,
released at the same time. In order to get testing and feedback about
that migration, getting the package in unstable/testing would be very
nice.
