Hello,

I'm experiencing this bug too. The option "Empty Trash" is greyed out
and no file is shown. I can delete my files using the terminal and
looking into ~/.local/share/Trash

the problem is still present when I use the following kernel:

~$ apt-show-versions linux-image-2.6.26-2-686
linux-image-2.6.26-2-686/stable uptodate 2.6.26-17lenny2

I also have the newer 2.6.30 kernel:

~$ apt-show-versions linux-image-2.6.30-1-686 
linux-image-2.6.30-1-686/unstable uptodate 2.6.30-6

the issue is not present there, but I have issues with my webcam using
it.
