Bug#532651: rhythmbox: Case sensitivity breaks playing iPod files

Trying to play some, but not all, files from my iPod produced strange
red icons in rhythmbox instead of any sound.  Looking at the details
for one such track, I noticed it listed:

Filename: libgpod026388.mp3
Location: /media/JOHN GOERZE/iPod_Control/Music/f01

That file is actually presented by the kernel at:

/media/JOHN GOERZE/iPod_Control/Music/F01/libgpod026388.mp3

Notice "F01" instead of "f01".  I suspect that rhythmbox is
inappropriately not remembering that vfat is case-insensitive here.

Since I can't mount it from fstab, I can't give kernel options to
enforce it, either.
