Bug#552251: Anjuta depends on obsolete libdevhelp-1-0 and libgdl-1-0.

Even if you have it, the library depends on devhelp-common (= 0.23.1-1),
while libdevhelp-1-1 requires = 2.28.1-1, which produces a conflict.

The same problem occurs with libgdl-1-0 and libgdl-1.3 (via libgdl-1-common,
same versions).

A quick recompile would be nice.  Thanks!
